The toolbar is broken up into PC Security, Transaction Security , Backup and Recovery and PC Tuneup . Within those sections a line of text describes the status of your computer. For example, if you are completing an online transaction, Norton will notify you of the authenticity. Not only does this product protect your PC it also helps to maintain functionality. Defragment tools integrated into Norton 360 will remove temporary files and clean up any clutter so your computer runs smoothly and safely.
Installation
The setup of this product was impressively easy. Norton 360 requires 300MB of hard drive space, which is much less than the system requirement of Windows Live OneCare. Also, this product worked flawlessly with our Windows Vista operating system as well as with our XP system. Overall, the setup couldn't have been more convenient.
Usability
As already mentioned the usability of this product is one of the premier features of this product. Norton made sure to keep the many functions of this product organized in a logical manner. The interface is broken up by categories. The icons are large and easy to navigate. Advanced customizations like firewall level can be easily accessed well.
Customer Support
Should you encounter problem with the program there is help offered within the program in FAQs. You can search for your issue or scroll through a list of help topics. Beyond in-program help is the technical support. Email support is offered for free while telephone support is available for a fee. We were impressed with the breadth and depth of the in-program FAQs, though, so look to this section first. Chances are, your answer lies in the FAQs.

Norton 360 is the most complete computer security software we've seen. In addition to the all-in-one protection capabilities it offers file backup and PC cleanup. The no-nonsense user interface coupled with the detailed FAQs make this software a stand alone performer. With this package you will truly have 360 degrees of protection and convenience.
